If the label printer is used for a long time, the printing head and the printing roller will have different degrees of dirt.You can use the following two methods to clean the print head and the print roller.
The solution:
1) Automatic cleaning: use the special cleaning ribbon of the label printer to print and clean. Open THE printer, LOAD the CLEAN ribbon, PRESS THE "FEED/CUT BUTTON", and press it twice or three times according to the number of times the printer is used. (Recommended use of clean ribbon cleaning)
2) Manual cleaning: Turn on the printer and gently wipe the print head and roller with a clean cotton swab. (The printing head just finished the printing task is very hot, please clean it later)
If the printer is working and there is a sudden power failure, the ribbon cannot be removed. Turn on the printer and take out the ribbon after the roller at the printer head returns to the initial position.
(It is strongly recommended that users use the "power button" to turn off the printer and then disconnect the power supply.)
1) There are sundries in the printer, glue obstruction in the outlet, printer press wheel is bad, etc.
2) the bottom paper of the ribbon box folds, glue deformation, glue overflow, partial film, leakage parts, etc.
Stickiness cannot be determined by tearing alone, but it must be a part of it.

2) Zebra belt function, the machine will stop automatically after the zebra belt is identified at the end of the product printing, so as to avoid abnormal noise and damage to the printer when the label ribbon is exhausted and no one shuts down the printer.
Inevitably, because the front 2~3cm ribbon needs to be pulled out to the outlet of the printer, otherwise the printed label will be rolled into the printer and cannot be taken out, and the original product can not avoid the waste of the front section.
Solution: The same content can choose chain printing, different content choose batch printing, these two methods can reduce waste.
