A. Low ink content. Should increase the ink content.
B. Broken printer head causes the problem. Should change the printer head.
Gear wheels were set reverse, or people didn't turn the gear wheels according to the instructions. Pls turn the gear wheels at the instructed direction, place the ribbon cartridge in the printer until the gear wheels can run normally.
